These terms outline the expected use of BJJ Manager.
Service use
Academies are responsible for keeping account access secure and for entering accurate student and billing information.
Student data and consent
Academies are responsible for having the right to store the student information they enter — including photos and, for minors, guardian details — and for obtaining any consent required by their local law before doing so.
Attendance kiosk
When an academy enables the kiosk it is responsible for the device left at its premises and for keeping the kiosk link private. Attendance codes identify students inside a single academy and should be treated as personal access information.
Subscriptions
Paid plans and trials are managed through the billing flow shown in the product.
Content
Academies remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents and information they upload or send.
